How long will it take to receive the parcel?
If we receive your order payment on working days by 12:00 PM, we will form and dispatch the shipment on the same day. If you choose courier services, you will receive the shipment on the next working day (Monday - Friday). If you choose postal delivery, you will then receive a notification in your mailbox about the arrived shipment within 1-3 working days.

Although Intymi Pagunda is an e-shop, you can view, try on, and purchase items at our salon at J. Kubiliaus St. 1, Vilnius. However, before arriving, be sure to select the models you are interested in online and check if the required sizes are available for sale. We recommend reserving items before your visit via the e-shop, by phone +370 674 52797, or by email info@intymipagunda.lt.

You can pick up items during working hours shortly after making a reservation through the e-shop. Typically, once the administrator has prepared the reserved order, they will inform the client via email.

Yes, all items purchased from the Intymi Pagunda e-shop can be exchanged for a different size or model, or returned. However, if you have doubts about the size or suitable model, we always recommend seeking consultation. This way, you would often avoid a lengthy exchange/return procedure.

Yes, all persons living abroad can also shop in the store. Shipping costs are paid by the buyer. If you encounter any difficulties while trying to shop, please contact us by email info@intymipagunda.lt. We will provide advice on how to order items more conveniently and pay for them, and help resolve any difficulties.
Can I pay in cash upon delivery at the post office or to the courier?
Can I pay in cash upon delivery at the post office or to the courier?
You can pay the courier in cash when they deliver the parcel within Lithuania.
Unfortunately, it's not possible to pay in cash at the post office.
