Returns
If the purchased item, for any reason, did not suit or appeal to you, don't worry – you can certainly return it. We understand that sometimes a purchase doesn't meet expectations, so we aim to make the return process as simple and smooth as possible. However, to successfully complete a return, there are certain rules that should be followed.
Key Return Information
- You can return the item within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- The item must not have been worn or otherwise used; it must be undamaged and retain its value.
- The item must be returned in its original manufacturer's packaging and retain its commercial appearance.
- The item must still have all attached tags.
- You will be refunded the cost of the goods, excluding shipping fees.
Items Subject to Stricter Return Conditions
- Tights, attachable or stick-on stockings, full-body stockings (cat suits) can only be returned if they have not been tried on.
- Perfumes, body paints, massage oils, or gels can be returned if they have not been used and the packaging is intact.
- Gift vouchers purchased in our or our partners' (Laisvalaikio dovanos, Dovanų sala, Gera dovana) stores are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If an item purchased with a gift voucher is returned, no money will be refunded. The previous gift voucher amount will be reinstated.
How to Return an Item?
First, we recommend initiating the return of your item(s) through your account in our e-shop. This will not only significantly speed up the entire return procedure but also allow you to constantly receive updates on the return process via email.
Then, choose the most convenient return method for you:
1. Return via Omniva parcel locker (Omniva return service) - return fee €2.90
- Fill out the item return form (CLICK HERE)
- Carefully pack the items to ensure they are not damaged or harmed during transit.
- You will be able to print the shipping label at the parcel locker.
2. Return independently by other methods:
- to the address S. Žukausko str. 41-133, 08232 Vilnius, Lithuania. You can send it by the most convenient method for you, it is important that the shipment is delivered to our specified address;
- to the OMNIVA parcel locker at Žirmūnų str. 64, Vilnius - Vilnius RIMI Žirmūnų parcel locker (88816). Recipient: UAB Tendencija, +37067452797, info@intymipagunda.lt
Important! The return fee is deducted from the refunded amount!
Upon receiving the returned item, the administrator undertakes to inform the customer within 14 days whether the item met the return criteria. If the returned item meets these criteria, we undertake to refund the money paid for it. Important: If the order was paid via PayPal, the refund will also be made to the PayPal account from which the payment was made.
Responsibility and Recommendations
You are responsible for returned items until they reach us. We recommend:
- Carefully pack the items so that they do not lose their commercial appearance and reach us safely during shipping.
- Choose a reliable and secure delivery method. Make sure the shipment is delivered to the specified address.
- Retain proof of shipment (e.g., tracking code) that the shipment was sent.
Important! We do not take responsibility for shipments that are lost, damaged, or sent by mistake during the return process.
Item Exchange
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or model, first complete the item return procedure, and then place a new order for the desired item.
